Hotel Palladio personel are the most kind people you will ever meet. They are always keeping attention to details just to make your stay unforgetable. I can name a few: Valletina, Ellen, Andres, Agustin, Matias, Diego and many other people that their names escape me now.

Very good location in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires directly across the street from a park. Onsite restaurant very good with excellent service. I also liked the bar area and drinks. It was hot when I was there so I also used the pool on the roof. Nice to have that option as not all hotels in BA have an outside pool. Room had all amenities you would want. Liked bedside reading lamps. Not all hotels have good lighting for reading in bed. I would stay here again.

Stayed at Palladio for 5 days with a friend, absolutely fantastic hotel, staff excellent and friendly, room was quiet, super clean, super spacious, fresh and modern with massive beds, linen was lovely. Breakfast was lovely and gourmet style, nice selection of everything. Location was great, central in Recoleta and nice neighbourhood. We loved everything about Palladio and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location walking distance to several attractions. Very helpful staff. Gave us good advice on what to do and where to eat. We had a room on the 10th floor at the back which was quiet most of the time. There was loud music playing late at night but it was the weekend and the windows were well soundproofed so it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was fabulous. And nice to have a cold drink and biscuits available in reception throughout the day.

It was an exceptional experience from the moment we stepped in. The staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs, in particular Carolina and Alejandro. The hotel made our experience even better by surprising us with a complementary bottle of Champagne and chocolates because we were celebrating a special occasion, as well as complementary drinks at the bar. Breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of pastries, desserts, fruits, and made-to-order eggs and pancakes.

Everything was first class. But the best of the Best was the reception staff. They were simply the best ever. Osvaldo, Florencia, Valentina, Carolina, always went out of their way to help and to make your stay even better, and always with a smile. I have never met such friendly, competent, professional and helpful front office staff breakfast was excellent and also healthy options were available big and super clean rooms.

We've stayed 1 night, before flying to Patagonia. Check in was quite late and our room was not ready, however personnel suggested to use SPA zone for clothes change and shower, that was very convenient. Food in the lobby was tasty and fast. Eventually the room was amazing - spacious, pretty and had working table.

I really liked everything about this hotel. The room was large with a nice, clean balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower good with hot water, the room well organized. The hallways were air conditioned. The room was individually air conditioned. The staff was wonderful, nice, helpful. Everything was very clean and in good working order.
